My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were not completely soundproof but very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of four. On top of that, the tea and coffee facility was a great addition. The service was top-notch, with staff willing to go above and beyond to solve any issues, from laundry tasks to thoughtful gestures like bringing a fruit plate before an early morning checkout. The location was just perfect, making it easy to access all the main highlights of the city. Although the service staff seemed a bit less engaged with their work, their friendliness and helpfulness were remarkable. The dining experience was very satisfying, with a complete buffet offering healthy options. Overall, the stay was worth the price paid and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family traveling to Istanbul.
